The Temple of Speed: lowest downforce configuration of the year and the highest average speed
Built in 1922, the third purpose-built permanent motor circuit in the world. Has held every Italian GP but one (Imola, 1980). The banked oval was used in combination with the road course in 1955-56 and 1960-61.
